His background of starting in the field as an hourly worker with a shovel in hand for the very first company he worked as a Safety Manager to being the Director of Health and Safety for a multi-million-dollar company, combined becoming a safety leader by trial and error working in safety for ten years before earning a degree in safety, and earning the coveted tag of a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) allows him to effectively speak to every level of the company.

His experience as a former High School Coach (developmental coach) of two State Champion Rugby Teams, a former amateur Boxing Coach of nearly 20 State Golden Glove Champions, and current Professional Coach/Manager of multiple undefeated Pro Boxers only heighten his ability to drive home a clear though-provoking message that sparks action and ultimately leads to your desired result.
